Let’s reclaim your sleep and your sanity. I provide sleep education that’s sensitive, thoughtful, and effective so your child can develop healthy sleep habits, for now and the future.
Sleep is multilayered and multifaceted, so we must look at the entire picture of what’s affecting our children’s sleep in order to have long-term success. Sari uses her training in pediatric sleep, lactation, and behavior—along with her experience with more than 100 families—to provide you and your child with an individualized, comprehensive, and unique approach to sleep.
We call her "Sari the Sleep Fairy." To say Sari offers "sleep training" would do her a disservice - she provides conscious sleep coaching to give parents the tools they need to lovingly guide babies to learn to sleep better.
Making the decision to work with Sari has been the best choice I made as a third time parent - I only wish she was around when I had my first two. Sari worked with me to come up with a plan that made sense for our family's needs and within less than two weeks - everyone got their sleep and sanity back.
Sari has an expert answer to any curve ball you could possibly throw at her, and her intuition is always correct. Sari takes the guesswork out of improving baby sleep and makes parents feel truly confident that they can do it. Doing a program with Sari was one of the best decisions we made for our family.
After 3 years of sleepless nights, multiple awakenings, and milk requests in the middle of the night by my 3 years old daughter, Sari literally saved our lives.
After two plus years of rocking our child to sleep, I had given up the idea that she could confidently put herself down at night or during wakes. Sari gave us the tools necessary to break these habits so that our daughter felt safe and comfortable when it came to the idea of night time. Sari is extremely patient and understanding and works with the parents wants and needs rather than prescribing one uniformed solution. Our daughter now happily goes to sleep at a normal hour by herself and wakes up feeling refreshed! We highly recommend Sari for anyone needing support with their child’s sleep.
Highly recommend Sari in every sense. She is professional, caring, compassionate and simply a lifesaver when it comes to guiding a family on sleep training. She has helped our family with both infant and toddler sleep training. With every bump in the road, Sari has quickly gotten our kids back on track- sleeping through the night with ease. I recommend her to every parent I can!
Sari has been so supportive and by implementing her program we FINALLY have 3 children who sleep in THEIR OWN BEDS. Parents rejoice! The solution is here!
Best money spent for sleep guidance with an 8 month old. Simple changes made a big impact on our kiddo’s sleep and it is still going strong! Run, don’t walk to Sari. You will not be disappointed.
Sari was nothing short of amazing with the support and expertise she provided to our family. I had twin babies born a bit on the early side and one of them had a number of medical complications. Nearing a year old, she was doing great with the exception of very poor sleeping habits. My husband and I were absolutely at our wits end. In a sleep deprived state we reached out to everyone we could think of and were ultimately given the recommendation to talk with Sari. During our first discussion, I already felt myself becoming more at ease. She had a calm, steady way that gave me confidence in her and myself. Sari was constantly there supporting us and checking in. Our home became more peaceful and everyone in it happier. We no longer dreaded bedtime or had middle of the night chaos. We are finally getting rest. I cannot more highly recommend Sari. She has made the lives of two exhausted parents markedly better and allowed us to be more present with our children all day long.
Sleep can feel so triggering. Let’s change that.
The phrase "sleep training" has a bad reputation. For starters, parents don't love the association between the words "training" and "babies." Sleep training has also been linked to the "cry it out" method, which—rightfully so—sounds frightening. Great News: there are a lot of supportive and gentle things you can do to help a child learn to fall asleep independently. Whether your child is 5 weeks old or 5 years old, there are five tools that you can apply to make sleep feel better in your home. Let me break this all down for you…
