Within 24 hours, you’ll receive your personalized six to seven page sleep plan with step-by-step instructions and all the information you need to get your child on a healthy sleep path.
For 2 weeks, we’ll be in daily contact via text and phone calls to troubleshoot and answer any of your questions along the way. I’ll not only create a customized sleep plan for you, I’ll also hold your hand along the way.
After those two weeks, healthy sleep patterns are being established and your child should be sleeping well. I highly recommend you pop open a bottle of wine, turn on your favorite TV show, and focus on yourself, because self-care matters. Now it’s time to get the rest you deserve!
