The Intake Form

Answer a few in-depth questions about your child's routine, schedule, sleep environment, daytime activity, family goals, etc. so I can find the best approach for your family.

The Video Call

We’ll get on a 1.5-hour video call to talk about making the necessary changes to set your child up for long-term sleep success. At the end of our call, you’ll have all the tools and confidence you need to feel excited and prepared for the future of sleep in your home.

Your Sleep Plan

Within 24 hours, you’ll receive your personalized six to seven page sleep plan with step-by-step instructions and all the information you need to get your child on a healthy sleep path.

Unlimited Daily Support (weekends included!)

For 2 weeks, we’ll be in daily contact via text and phone calls to troubleshoot and answer any of your questions along the way. I’ll not only create a customized sleep plan for you, I’ll also hold your hand along the way.

Start Sleeping!

After those two weeks, healthy sleep patterns are being established and your child should be sleeping well. I highly recommend you pop open a bottle of wine, turn on your favorite TV show, and focus on yourself, because self-care matters. Now it’s time to get the rest you deserve!

Final Call

We’ll hop on a 30-minute wrap-up call to discuss maintaining healthy sleep habits for now and for the future.
